As soon as Kady McDermott (@kadymcdermott) returned back to the set of Love Island, people immediately noticed her unnatural appearance. The Love Island star has received multiple cosmetic treatments in the span of 7 years. Matter of fact, she reportedly got a few procedures right before making her return to the show.
It has been confirmed that Kady McDermott got a 'five-minute' nose job, Botox, and filler before returning to Mallorca, on top of earlier procedures that included veneers, lip fillers, and two boob jobs. Kady went to Dr. Mohamed Hamed, who operates Dr Motox Clinic on Harley Street, for various operations before flying away, including surgery to modify the contour of her nose and some Botox to smooth out forehead creases. Talking about the plastic surgery Kady received before returning to the show, Dr. Hamed told,
We also carried out a non-surgical nose tip lift to narrow the front profile of her nose and give a lifted appearance from a side angle. Kady was unhappy with her nose because it pointed slightly downwards but adding a small quantity of filler transformed her entire face.
He injected Hyaluronic acid filler into the nose, which is done in five-minute 'lunchtime' appointments and costs roughly £500 per session. The doctor also gave her Profilho, an 'injectable moisturizer,' to make her skin seem dewier and enhance how make-up lays on her skin.
Kady McDermott has previously had two breast jobs, the first increasing her to a 30E before having them lowered to a 30D because she felt the smaller size suited her frame more. Her first implants, which were performed in Turkey, were described as "horrible, massive, and wonky."

She also likes having her lips plumped up, recently revealing that she had them injected with 0.5ml of filler such as Juvaderm or Restylane every six to eight months. Kady even believes everyone should receive plastic surgery if they want to as she previously said,
Plastic surgery is such a personal thing and if someone wants to do it they should, but it’s up to the person at the end of the day. I’m signing bikini deals and doing a lot of bikini modelling and I’ll feel more confident with them done.
Some Love Island Viewers Believe Kady McDermott Has “A Boyfriend Back at Home”
Four days into Kady McDermotty's return to Love Island, rumors began to circulate on social media that she may have a hidden lover on the outside. The assumption began when Kady refused Zach's kisses on the terrace before her hesitant approach toward the kissing challenge caused her to finish last among the females.
