Either way, if he got plastic surgery to look young, it does not look like it and he looks too good for his age and for someone who could have killed someone.
Florida Plastic Surgeon Kills Lawyer: Dr. Tomasz Kosowski Arrested After Accused of Killing Attorney Steven Cozzi!
A plastic surgery expert from Florida, Dr. Tomasz Kosowski, was accused of murdering an attorney Steven Cozzi, after the latter failed to attend a telephonic court hearing and was discovered to be missing hours later. Blood was found in the attorney's office bathroom and the surveillance video of his office building showed a man lifting a large, covered cart into the bed of a truck. The Largo Police Department now believes that the cart contained Steven Cozzi's dead body and has identified the suspect as Dr. Tomasz Kosowski, 44.
Dr. Kosowski was arrested soon after and taken into Pinellas County Jail, charged with first-degree murder. According to his attorney Bjorn Erik Brunvand, he has pleaded not guilty. In May 2019, the Florida plastic surgery expert filed a civil complaint against the Laufer Institute of Plastic Surgery and some of its employees. Steven Cozzi, who is presumed to be dead though his body has not yet been located, represented the institute.
In the lawsuit, Dr. Tomasz Kosowski alleged that the Laufer Institute of Plastic Sirgery's insurance biller failed to file claims correctly, which led to a patient being denied a breast reconstruction procedure, after which he claimed to take a hit in his reputation and lost thousands of dollars. The case is still ongoing and he is long gone from the Laufer Institute of Plastic Surgery and now, another case is in the mix.

In the arrest affidavit, the police said that a man later identified as Kosowski entered Blanchard Law's building (attorney Steven Cozzi's office) around 8:34 am wearing gloves and a large backpack and carrying a wide box just minutes before Cozzi arrived to work. Then, around 10:22 am, the man was seen pulling a large cart out of the building with a red bag and a blanket on top. At 10:28 am, Kosowski attended the telephonic hearing and when he disconnected at 11:04 am, he was again seen in the footage positioning the cart near his gray Toyota Tundra in the parking lot before lifting it into the trunk.
The footage did not show Steven Cozzi leaving the building and there was a strong chemical odor in the building's bathroom which the police found was smeared with blood on the door, wall, and toilet. Cozzi's fingerprint was also discovered in the breaker room.
A few days later, a search warrant for Dr. Tomasz Kosowski's home was issued and upon investigating, the police found blood inside the Toyota Tundra. The police also conducted a traffic stop on him near his home and obtained a search warrant for his Toyota Corolla. A bloody ballistic vest along with a bag containing masks, brass knuckles, and sedatives was found inside.
