Nevertheless, some people took to Quora to address Sissy Spacek's possible nose job. In response to if she got a nose job, one person wrote,
I’ve always wondered this myself! Her nose angle is so acute (over rotated) that it seems like she must have had surgery way back in the day. Her result is not wonderful, IMHO, but she’s such a great actress, who cares. She rocks it anyway.
It appears that she had her nose bridge, nose and tip narrowed. She is known for a narrow, up-turned, tiny tipped, aquiline nose. It appears it wasn’t always like that! I do not agree that her nose was shortened, it looks the same length. When it was narrowed, her nostril appear to have gotten wider.

In my personal opinion, I think she did have one. Probably a long time ago, though. It would be cool and interesting to see her original nose.
