As per reports of TMZ, the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department told the outlet that deputies were called to his residence at around 5 am on Thursday and soon after, Margera was taken into custody by the officials.
The alleged victim who claimed that her ‘husband’ kicked her has not been identified yet and is believed to be a new girlfriend of Bam Margera because according to many sources, his actual wife (estranged from him) Nicole Boyd was not involved in this situation. Margera was booked into the Vista Detention Facility on a charge of ‘corporal injury on a current or former spouse, cohabitant, dating partner, or fellow partner’ but was released the very next day after he posted $50,000 bail.
