Jason Alexander may have beat the plastic surgery allegations from 2021 when he appeared very weird in that Super Bowl ad (he was accused of a facelift at the time) but the Seinfeld star is never going to beat the hair transplant rumors. Jason Alexander has denied having a hair transplant but he has never addressed the other plastic surgery accusations.

Jason Alexander was an instant hit as the nervous, awkward, and hilariously adorable George Costanza from the television series Seinfeld which ran from 1989 to 1998. He was brilliant in that comedy role. No wonder he received nominations for the Primetime Emmy Awards seven times consecutively and also for four Golden Globe Awards. Though that’s the role he is most known for, it’s far from his best work. I mean, he’s a Tony Award winner. That should give you an idea of how broad his range is and how terrific his acting skill is.

Anyway, today, we don’t talk about his acting but about the cosmetic procedures he supposedly had. Who would have ever thought the actor who played George, the funny sidekick to the main character, would ever go under the knife? I didn’t. For some reason, it didn’t occur to me that he would ever be concerned about his looks to the point of getting work done but I guess aging does things to people. Let’s discuss Jason Alexander’s plastic surgery!

Jason Alexander’s Plastic Surgery: Did He Get a Facelift?

Jason Alexander (@jalexander1959) was once suspected by the majority of his fans of undergoing a bad plastic surgery procedure. Everyone was appalled to see him with the botched facelift in 2021. That’s what people thought he had. He was also rumored to have had a hair transplant.

In 2021, the Seinfeld star did a Tide commercial for Super Bowl LV about a hoodie with his face on it and it freaked everyone out. They were not shocked to see him in commercials or in commercials for the Super Bowl, they were stunned to see his face which looked very weird for some reason. He legit looked as though he had aged in reverse and not in a good way. His face seemed so unnatural that people couldn’t help but think he had plastic surgery.

Why wouldn’t they think that Jason Alexander had work done when he looked as though he had scared off the wrinkles and lines from his face? He just didn’t look real. People had seen him age and with wrinkles and stuff. And when all of a sudden, it seemingly disappeared, they assumed that he had plastic surgery. And because he looked very weird and unnatural, they assumed that the procedure had gone botched.

I mean, there were people saying that his face on the hoodie looked more like him than his actual face. Many suspected that he had undergone a bad facelift and maybe he had. He’s never confirmed that he had the facelift. It’s been two years since the accusations were made and now, he does not have that weird unnatural look he had then. It looks like he has finally beat the plastic surgery speculations.

The Other Plastic Surgery That Jason Alexander Supposedly Got; The Story of His Hair Transplant!

Of course, when I say Jason Alexander has beat the cosmetic surgery speculations, I meant just about the facelift one because I don’t see him beating the hair transplant rumors ever. He has denied expressly several times that he has not had plastic surgery to treat his hair loss but there are pictures of him with hair on the internet and anyone who comes across that will always wonder if he had the procedure.

Well, there’s nothing we can do about that so, let’s talk about how the rumors first came to be and how he denied those. Though he was not always without hair (there are a few pictures of him from when he was young and he had a head full of thick, luscious hair), people have mostly always seen and known him without it. He really embraced being bald. So, when he was spotted with hair in 2011, he was suspected of having plastic surgery to regrow his hair.

Jason Alexander was thought to have had a hair transplant when people saw him with hair he had never been seen with before. But as it turned out the hair arrangement was a bit temporary and he cleared all that up in a tweet,

What you see on my head is a really good, semi-permanent hairpiece. By semi-permanent I mean that I can wear it constantly for weeks at a time, if I so choose. I can swim, shower, work out – whatever. It stays on.

He also said that he started looking for a hair system because his head reflected light on stage and on sets which was very distracting. And because he didn’t trust implants or grafts or hair transplant plastic surgery, he chose to go with a hairpiece. He did not actually regrow his hair. Jason Alexander has always been bald.

So yes, I’m still bald and yes, just like others in my profession who have to either wear make-up or dye their hair or undergo surgery, I now do a little something. It’s honestly no big deal for me and hope it’s not for you either.
