Katie Holmes previously had a short pug nose with a rounded ridge and tip. However, Katie’s nose is now more elongated and narrower, with a straighter bridge and a thinner tip. Additionally, Dr. Anthony Youn, a Michigan-based plastic surgeon, has also confirmed the rumor that Katie Holmes had rhinoplasty surgery. He says that the dorsum and tip of her nose appear thinner in her no-makeup appearance.
