You will reach nowhere if you were to try and trace the place where cosmetic surgery rumors about Stewart originated from. It’s a dead end. He has never mentioned anything about having surgery except when he denied having a rhinoplasty in an interview in 2013. He had his nose operated on not to make it smaller and change it but because of polyps.
I wouldn’t call it nose surgery. Didn’t have me nose straightened. Had some polyps. Easy in and out in an hour.
That was not a surgery done for cosmetic reasons so, a nose job can be effectively ruled out because his nose is as huge as ever. There was a rumor going around that a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Renato Calabria, who was accused of gross incompetence and negligence and who is his pal, performed a facelift on him. But nothing came of that rumor. Rod Stewart didn’t acknowledge the plastic surgery accusations.
The only surgery that Stewart has had and that we know of is that he had a knee replacement which he followed with an ankle operation. He joked at the time that he was going to get his manhood enlarged next but that was the extent to which he mentioned having plans of cosmetic procedures. In seriousness, he has never admitted to any plastic surgery.
A man who gently dissuaded his wife from getting her boobs done when she got insecure about it after breastfeeding by saying that he would support her decision but that he loved them the way they are, might not get cosmetic procedures himself if you think about it. Rod Stewart really does not seem to have had plastic surgery and he may never get any work done.
