Caroline Stanbury (@carolinestanbury) has recently revealed her new look two weeks after undergoing a petrifying facelift (plastic surgery). The Real Housewives of Dubai star shared photos on Instagram of herself and her husband, Sergio Carrallo, who previously made headlines for sobbing after seeing the results of her procedure. She captioned the post,

The 47-year-old Ladies of London alum revealed that the photos of her smiling in a black turtleneck and leather pants were taken on her 14th day of recovery. She also posted a video of herself and Carrillo kissing, captioned “Let them talk #facelift.”
Stanbury traveled from London to Los Angeles to undergo the procedure — admittedly with no information whatsoever. Later, during an episode of her podcast, Uncut and Uncensored, she spoke candidly about the process. She said,
I skipped into that surgery like I was having a mole removed. This is LA. So, unlike other places where you’re sort of taken to hospital and feel like you’re having a medical experience, here you’re taken to a back room of an office just as if you’re having a filler. They put you to sleep and remove your face.
Stanbury, who kept her face hidden beneath the hood of her jumper and oversized sunglasses, continued, “I looked like I’d been in a car crash, and the car definitely didn’t win.” She added,
[The doctor] managed to cut off three inches on my neck and then the full width of my ear from my face. The shape of my face is completely wrong for a human; the top half is wider than the bottom half, and my neck is too thick. I have stitches at the front and back of my ear and on my eyelids.
The socialite said she is considering suing her surgeon. She confessed, “There is no sign of my face in that face, which is petrifying. I wanted to sue my doctor because when you slightly look at your face, everything is in the wrong place.” However. her partner, who is 18 years Stanbury’s junior, sobbed when he saw her for the first time after surgery. In his Instagram video, the former soccer player’s eyes welled up with tears, and stated,
There are two wives — the one last week and the wife this week. I don’t recognise her. It was the worst experience of my life. I was crying. I was trying to look for her and find my wife. Mentally and emotionally, I’ve been on the floor. No words can describe how much I’m suffering looking at my wife.
Caroline Stanbury Has Been Married to Sergio Carrallo Since November 2021!
Despite their 19-year age difference, Sergio Carrallo (@sergiocarrallo) proposed to Caroline Stanbury in early January 2021 while on a trip to Nepal to celebrate the new year. According to Bravo, the couple then legally married in Mauritius before their real wedding in Dubai.

The UAE did not recognize interfaith marriages at the time (the law changed to allow these marriages around the same time). Caroline is Jewish, and Sergio is Catholic, so they chose to have their wedding elsewhere to avoid any complications in Dubai.
Later, Caroline and Sergio married the following month at the Raffles The Palm resort in Dubai. The couple was surrounded by family, friends, and a few Ladies of London castmates, including Juliet Angus, Caroline Fleming, and Sophie Stanbury, during the ceremony.
According to social media, many of their guests documented the reception, which was held somewhere in the desert. They also shared a few photos from the celebration on their Instagram accounts. Later, Caroline captioned one of her photos, “…what can I say this was the most magical party anyone could wish for.”
