As we know, NeNe Leakes previously discussed having a rhinoplasty procedure for medical reasons with Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen in 2016. During the show, she admitted,

Likely, the 54-year-old Real Housewives of Atlanta star later revealed in an Instagram video that she underwent a professional, mini Brazilian butt lift and liposuction. One of the reasons she revealed her procedures was because she had been named ambassador of Dr. Okoro‘s Georgia Plastic Surgery and Reconstructive Surgery Center.
In an Instagram video, Leakes told her followers that she was “only looking to fix my problem areas. So, we called in a ‘professional, mini BBL.’ And I love it. So, I’m gonna take you on this journey with me and Dr. Okoro to fix some of my problem areas and become perfectly you.”She continued the video by saying, “Come on, follow me on this journey of liposuction 360 and professional mini, BBL.” In addition to her BBL and liposuction procedures, she has previously undergone breast augmentation.
Furthermore, NeNe Leakes also shared a second video in which she walked her followers through the process of visiting Dr. Okoro’s office and having cosmetic surgery performed there. While this video does not show the entire surgery on her, it does show the doctor performing liposuction on her in the operating room. After the surgical procedures, she wrote,
I did it! I got a ‘Professional BBL’ with Dr. Okoro. We’re swooning over the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star, who was spotted on Instagram over the weekend wearing a stunning, Jean Paul Gaultier ensemble. The legendary reality star wore a sheer, striped, two-piece look from the designer and completely shut down Instagram for her look.

Likely, the cold shoulder top went perfectly with the trousers, which fit snugly at the waist and had a slight flare at the hem that ended just above her ankle. She accessorized with minimal jewelry and wore her signature blonde locks in a long straight style with a middle part that framed both sides of her gorgeous face.
