Meanwhile, the former X Factor competitor recently disclosed her regular employment outside of her hectic TV and radio gigs. The 35-year-old presenter claimed that she is a fitness enthusiast and has a job in the sector. She holds a level 3 Personal Trainer certification, which she uses for her own fitness as well as to help others.
Fleur prepared a brief workout for folks to follow in an Instagram video posted on Sep 20. She said: “Now some people might not know this, but I’m actually a fully qualified, level 3 personal trainer and fitness has always been a huge part of my life.’ Alongside the post, she wrote:

In the video, Fleur displayed a full-body HIIT workout and described activities that viewers might copy, such as high knees, squat hops, and plank shoulder taps to maintain weight gain body. She also supplemented the piece with a description of some of her favorite pieces from her collection a few hours later.
Later, talking about the importance of feeling confident and comfortable when exercising, she advised:
One of my top tips is to find a gym kit that makes you feel good about yourself, makes you feel happy and in the right mood to work out.

However, she is no stranger to the event, having previously reached the final with her professional partner, Vito Coppola, in 2022. Following the announcement, Fleur exclaimed,
