As a model – someone from the proper glam industry – she was never anything less than fit and slender and it never looked like she needed to lose any weight but guess what, she has lost weight and a lot of that. At the beginning of lockdown I literally couldn’t work out. I find it really hard working out from home. I really like running on a running machine, spinning and hot yoga – I usually use ClassPass in whatever city I’m in to do those things. I tried to run outside and it hurt my knees, so I was getting all worked up, but now I have a nice little routine. I do a little workout in the morning, doing things I remember from classes and various training sessions. I also have a Zoom class with my boyfriend’s mum and her friends where we do 100 squats every two days in the morning.
