Nadine Dorries is a British politician who previously was a Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport from 2021 to 2022. A Conservative Party member, Nadine was chosen as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Mid Bedfordshire in 2005.
She has had multiple promotions over the course of her political career. She formerly held the position of Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for health and social services until being appointed health minister in 2020. Although Nadine was an adviser to the former Shadow Home Secretary, the native of Liverpool wasn’t always involved in politics. She received her nursing training at Warrington General Hospital before starting her own company, Company Kids, which offered childcare services to working parents.

It is hard to believe that Nadine Dorries is 64 years old as her face does not contain any lines or wrinkles as of people who are in their 60s. While many people have accused her of receiving plastic surgery, the truth is slightly different than what people think.
In 2020, the British politician opened up about the secret of her smooth appearance. She revealed that she has been receiving Botox since the age of 54. While it is definitely a cosmetic treatment, it is your choice whether you put it in the category of plastic surgery or not.

Speaking to The Sun, she told that she does not want to look younger but wants to avoid aging. She initially decided to take Botox to fill out the furrows above her eyebrows. She also stated that women who use Botox and fillers should not be judged saying,
Let me be clear: I believe very strongly that women who do use Botox and fillers to enhance their looks should not be judged or stigmatised. Done properly and by the right people they can do wonders for your self-esteem – as I know.
Besides Botox, she didn’t mention receiving any other plastic surgery procedures. However, we do believe she has gotten fillers as well since it also helps prevent aging. On the other hand, we do not think Nadine Dorries has received any surgical treatments.
We do agree that Nadine looks a little unnatural, however, we cannot deny the fact that she looks absolutely for someone who is in their mid-60s. And we support her moral of having the right to do whatever we like with our body.
Nadine Dorries Holds Her Resignation as an MP!
According to reports, Nadine Dorries is still putting a thorn in Rishi Sunak‘s side by refusing to formally resign as an MP. In the midst of the controversy about Johnson’s resignation honors list, the former cabinet minister announced her departure from parliament on Friday along with former prime minister Boris Johnson and former minister Nigel Adams.

Johnson and Adams have officially announced their resignations and begun the process of holding by-elections in their respective districts. However, because Dorries has not formally resigned as a Tory MP, a vote in her Mid-Bedfordshire constituency is on hold. She reportedly intends to stir up trouble for Sunak, according to BBC Newsnight.
According to Nick Watt, the political editor of the program, Dorries is deeply unhappy with Number 10 for, in her opinion, sabotaging her peerage, and she believes that delaying her resignation as an MP would sabotage another plan, namely the Downing Street strategy to ease the pain of potentially difficult by-elections by holding them quickly and on one day.
