So, off Princess Beatrice went on a weight loss journey but people did not really see the results till she participated in the London Marathon in 2010. Around that time, her figure began to visibly change even though reportedly, she had lost two stone already in the preparation for the run. Since then, she has always been slim. She went pretty hardcore for her weight loss journey in that the trainers trained whatever the weather and she never canceled once. She managed time to have three to five workout sessions per week, including at-home workouts, despite having a demanding royal schedule. As for her go-to calorie burners, Nadya said,
She loves boxing and the TRX where you use your own body weight as a workout which is pretty hard.
As per Dr. Charlotte Norton, Medical Director at The Slimming Clinic, Princess Beatrice likely opted for healthier choices and adapted her diet after pregnancy in order to shed excess weight.
In order to achieve sustainable weight loss, it is likely the Princess would have had a high-fibre diet consisting of foods such as avocados, berries, beans, broccoli and more.
In addition to that, she most likely stocked up on protein such as lean meats, eggs, and dairy to boost metabolism. Besides that, Princess Beatrice also incorporated exercise into her post-birth plan. She was said to have implemented some cardio and resistance training to aid her in weight loss. Whether she did or not, she has not yet revealed but there might be some truth to what experts are saying.
