She is the daughter of actor Stephen Baldwin, the youngest Baldwin brother, and graphic designer Kennya Deodato Baldwin. She is married to Justin Bieber.
Being born into a prominent family and getting married to an even more prominent celebrity, she has hardly had any break from the spotlight. That subjects her to all kinds of rumors about her, especially about plastic surgery. A lot of claims have been made by a lot of people that she looks very different than she did before. Hailey Bieber’s Plastic Surgery: Stephen Baldwin’s Daughter Has Denied all Claims that She Has Has Work Done!
Hailey Bieber (@haileybieber) absolutely hates claims that she has undergone plastic surgery but that has never stopped people from speculating about the cosmetic work she might have done. Fans and some experts claim that she has had Botox, a nose job, lip fillers, cheek fillers, chin augmentation (genioplasty), a skin tightening procedure, and jawline contouring.
Being in the public eye, especially growing up in the public eye, can expose you to intense scrutiny from people. In that regard, it’s impossible to escape plastic surgery speculations. Even as you evolve into different styles and looks, you can expect that there are going to be before and after pictures of you highlighting how different you look. That’s what happened with Hailey Bieber. Especially in her case, there are a lot of ‘what did she do to her lips,’ and ‘did she have lip surgery’?
Hailey Bieber does look different. But people suspect the changes don’t have everything to do with growing up and that plastic surgery is also responsible for shaping the looks she has today. Anyway, there have been many people who have dissected the model’s looks to determine what cosmetic procedures she has gotten.
For instance, there was a post in 2020 that has since been deleted by Instagram user @beautyambra where the user shared two pictures of Hailey Bieber, one from 2011 and the other from 2020, side-by-side for comparison. In the before picture, she was 14 years old. She had a rounder face back then and her jawline was less defined than in the after picture. She definitely looked a lot different in 2020 when she had a slim face and a much stronger jawline.
Hailey Bieber didn’t appreciate those before and after pictures implying that she had plastic surgery when the differences seen could be because she was a child in the before pictures. So, she commented on the post before it was taken down and wrote that the pictures had been edited.

If she was offended by that, I can’t tell how furious she would have been the following week because the week after that, it was not just comparison pictures. But a plastic surgeon listed off the plastic surgery procedures he claimed Hailey Bieber had gotten. Beverly Hills’ Dr.Daniel Barret really troubled Stephen Baldwin‘s daughter when he posted a video on TikTok with her before and after images which were meant to showcase all the cosmetic works on her.
He allegedly performed chin augmentation, lip, and cheek fillers, and rhinoplasty on her. He also suggested that she had undergone a skin tightening procedure, jawline contouring, and genioplasty. Hailey Bieber was so outraged by the doctor’s claims that she decided to take legal action against him. She threatened to sue him and sent him a cease and desist letter where he was accused of using Hailey’s “name, image and likeness” to “commercially advertise your plastic surgery practice and to spread false, uncorroborated claims that Mrs. Bieber has undergone plastic surgery.”
However, despite being warned that he was subjected to statutory damages for each willful infringement and being demanded to make a public statement retracting his claims, the plastic surgery expert refused to do so. He instead expressed his disagreement with these legal actions and continued with the trials for the final resolution. He said,
I did it as a request from many of my fans who follow me to know this kind of information and to give them my opinion. The purpose of my video was to share the procedures that I thought Hailey could have done, not that I or any other doctor did them.
Well, looks like Hailey Bieber finally met her match with that plastic surgeon. Because she had basically been battling all the plastic surgery rumors about her in a war that she won every time. But that doctor was like, ‘hold your needles and knife.’ He was no random Instagrammer who would be bullied into taking unsubstantiated claims down. He wanted to increase the transparency of plastic surgery that he believed other people might have had based on their photos and he was going to do it no matter what.
Hailey Bieber’s cease and desist letter didn’t scare away the plastic surgeon. And she had to leave it at that. But like she cannot stop the plastic surgery claims, she also can’t be stopped from claiming she had not had any. She has denied every nose job rumor. She has always claimed that she has not had lip fillers. There have been a lot of rumors that she had something done to her lips but she brushed those rumors off saying that her fuller pout is due to genetics.
She said that she had the same lip shape as her grandma and that she was lucky to have full lips. She also revealed that she liked to accentuate the puffiness and implied that may be the reason why her lips might be looking a bit too full.
In 2022, those claims were contested again when Hailey Bieber advertised her Rhode peptide lip treatment by showing off her full lips with a plump pout that gleamed in the light. Instagram influencer Dana Omari suggested that Hailey Bieber might have had lip fillers by highlighting the fullness of her lips. She backed it up with a screenshot of the closeup clip that showed a swollen line of skin extending past her lip line she called filler mustache. Now, this may not be an invasive plastic surgery but still.
Dana explained that a filler mustache is caused when the filler is injected too close to the border of the lips to define or reshape them or if it migrates past the border. Either way, peptide lip treatment couldn’t give fullness, smoothness, and plumpness to the lips like fillers.
