The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City (RHOSLC) viewers got in a bit of shock when they tuned in to Watch What Happens Live (WWHL) recently. They were stumped by Heather’s new look and were unable to recognize her in the beginning. As the show went on and the more they observed her, the more different she looked in comparison to how she was before and after the show ended, there was discussion of her plastic surgery everywhere on social media. The news of her new face was inescapable.
As the fans on Reddit discussed, Heather Gay has surely lost a ton of weight, going by her slimmer frame (she had shared that she had been taking Ozempic for weight loss) but it was not all that made the difference. Her face has changed drastically and it’s not something that can be ignored.
