As the camera panned to Lewis to see his pout—from which the star’s decades-old filler was removed earlier this year—he gave Cohen’s congrats a straightforward “yup” and a nod. The host punned, “And since Jeff is up to date on [The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City], I hope he can give us some lip about all the drama there.”
If you are not aware, the Hollywood Houselift with Jeff Lewis host disclosed that he had his lip filler removed in August. At the time, he revealed on his SiriusXM channel that during a separate visit to his dermatologist, the “no-nonsense, no-bulls— guy” warned him, “I’m not going to do any work for you until we fix your lip.”
He explained to Lewis that his filler, which he received two decades ago and thought was 90 percent dissipated, had migrated to the sides of his upper lip, which the interior designer said he noticed on his own: “Over the years I haven’t liked it but I thought they’re gonna have to cut open my lip and take it out.”
The dermatologist told the former Bravo personality that he intended to dissolve the previous filler that day, which he performed in a process Lewis described as a “10 out of 10” on the pain scale. He even claimed that he withheld this information from the TV personality until after it was finished and that the doctor had informed him, “I didn’t want to tell you that because I knew you wouldn’t do it.”
Furthermore, Lewis verified the specialist’s thoughts that he wouldn’t have done it if he had known about the discomfort, but he added that he’s “really happy” he did it.
