Looking at his before and after pictures, Don Lemon's face reflects a few signs of unnaturalness. Since he is already approaching his 60s, his face should have shown a lot of symptoms, such as wrinkles and lines, of aging. However, his face looks as smooth as someone who is in their 40s or even late 30s.
Even though he has yet to make remarks about possible plastic surgery, our experts believe he might have received non-surgical procedures like dermal fillers, Botox, and facelifts to look younger than his actual age, and here's how these procedures prevent aging.
Botox can reduce wrinkles, particularly those in the upper face like crow's feet and worry lines between the brows. Botox has remarkable smoothing effects, but it cannot raise drooping skin or fill up hollowed regions of the cheeks. Similarly, dermal fillers have ingredients that plump your skin, reduce wrinkles and creases, and encourage the formation of collagen. Wrinkles and depressed scars might look less prominent after the injections. Additionally, they give thin lips and depressed cheeks more fullness.
On the other hand, a facelift has a thorough impact on restoring youth. The surgical process tightens loose face muscles and elevates drooping skin, especially skin around your jowls. Additionally, a facelift can eliminate deep creases that dermal fillers and botox are unable to treat.

Don Lemon & CNN Part Ways After 17 Years in the Network!
As mentioned above, CNN has parted ways with long-time anchor Don Lemon. The media sector was shocked by the announcement that was made on Monday without any justification. In a memo to staff, CNN CEO Chris Licht said,
Don will forever be a part of the CNN family, and we thank him for his contributions over the past 17 years. We wish him well and will be cheering him on in his future endeavors.
Lemon said in a statement that his agency informed him Monday morning that CNN had fired him. Lemon stated that management lacked "the decency" to directly tell him of his termination, saying "I am stunned.......At no time was I ever given any indication that I would not be able to continue to do the work I have loved at the network."
Lemon's claim of the events was refuted by CNN as being "inaccurate." The network said,
He was offered an opportunity to meet with management but instead released a statement on Twitter.
Variety released an article earlier this month describing charges of discrimination directed toward female employees. Lemon, however, denied the allegations.
